Duncan & Toplis Public Relations

Background

Duncan & Toplis were seeking to remove the degree mundane and routine taxation work their existing UK staff were required to undertake by sending that type of work to India (non client interfacing).Ā This move would allow a number of staff at Duncan & Toplis to be able to concentrate on more valued and less routine work, leading to greater job satisfaction.

Due to the sensitivities surrounding ā€œoutsourcingā€, BluSky Marketing were brought in by Duncan & Toplis to assist with the internal and external communication to ensure consistency and clarity of the message.
