F.Benders Website Implementation Support
Background
The F.Benders website (www.benders.co.uk) had been unchanged for 5 years, and did not support its brand position in the market place.
BluSky Marketing were brought in to manage the tender process to identify the appropriate website development (design & build) company, and then to manage the successful agency to ensure a smooth process and timely implementation.
The Brief
Align the website style and tone to the existing marketing collateral, while improving the ease of use, navigation and ability to support the wholesale trade.
Objectives
- Reinforce the brand position as one of the leading manufacturers of disposable tableware produ
- Increase the number of retailer leads for the wholesale trade, for F.Benders products
- Increase the number of wholesale orders generated via the website
The Results
A new website [to be launched 29/01/08] which is not only consistent with the F.Benders existing marketing collateral and market position, but also a real business tool which has improved internal efficiencies and will support wholesale trade secure incremental sales.
